The Beginning

Costa Vida opens its doors at 1475 Eureka Rd, Roseville. A small team of five, big dreams, and an unwavering commitment to fresh food. The community's warm reception exceeded all expectations.

2014

First Award

Named "Best New Restaurant" by the Roseville Community Choice Awards. We expanded our kitchen, doubled our team, and introduced our signature coastal taco bar that became an instant fan favorite.

2016

Going Green

Launched our sustainability initiative — switching to 100% compostable packaging, partnering with three local farms, and implementing zero-waste kitchen protocols that cut food waste by over 60%.

Online Ordering Launch
