Costa Vida opens its doors at 1475 Eureka Rd, Roseville. A small team of five, big dreams, and an unwavering commitment to fresh food. The community's warm reception exceeded all expectations.
Named "Best New Restaurant" by the Roseville Community Choice Awards. We expanded our kitchen, doubled our team, and introduced our signature coastal taco bar that became an instant fan favorite.
